Cesar is an artist from Mexico based in San Diego. Started as a cultural promoter and researcher focused on community development, planning and facilitation of artistic activities. As a linoprint and mixed media artist, natural elements, cultural practices and memories are fundamentals for the creation of works that reflect community and personal experiences.
